Erbil: On , On 05/14/2013 Mr. Soran Abu Bakr Aziz, Deputy Chairman of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in his office  has received a delegation from  SwedishGlobal –LTD company  specialized in the field of real estate, banking, insurance, headed byKurdish businesswoman   Ms. Diana Pao Straw, who lives in the Diaspora (Sweden), Mr. Vice-President of the Chamber appreciated this visit, then stressed that the Kurdistan regionopens its  arms to embrace the experiences of expatriate Kurds hope that these communitiesto enter and invest in their homelands Market , (Iraqi Kurdistan) and take advantage of the Investment Law No. 4 of 2006, which grants large privileges to  investors, also gaveclarification on how to register companies or commercial foreign banks, and stages to  bebypassed and the willingness of the Chamber  to provide a helping hand in order to serve the interests of both parties, and in the end , Ms. Diana thanked Mr. Vice-President of the Chamber for the warm reception and the willingness of the chamber  to provide unlimited support their Company.

Erbil: On 12/05/2013 , Mr. Dara Jalil Khayat, President of the Erbil  Chamber of Commerce and Industry ,at his office has received an  administrative and technicaldelegation from the customs in  Turkey, was  headed by Mr. Turkay Yalhan deputygovernor of the province of Shirnakh responsible for the activities of Turkish  Custom points of Habor, accompanied by administrative and technicians staff from Kurdistan region working in the Ibrahim Khalil customs point , after they were welcomed, the President of the Chamber praised the role of workers in the two InternationalCustoms Point  and their outstanding efforts to promote economic and trade relations between the Region  and Turkey, then the head of guest delegation,touched on the importance of the role of chambers of commerce in the Kurdistan region in the expansion of these relations, wishing for those involved in this task success to serve the economies of the two parties.

Erbil On 25/04/2013 Erbil Chamber of Commerce, industry representatives have participated in a lecture of  the International Organization for Standardization) its  Acronym is ISO , delivered by Swedish Professor Martin Enyortan in one of the halls of Sheraton Hotel in Erbil , which he addressed a broad definition for this organization and functions at the globallevel of trade in helping economic and trade facilities contribute to the sustainable development and encourage them to go beyond the obligation legal of the fact that this kind of commitment is the primary duty of any facility which is an essential part of theresponsibility in front of the community, also the  lecture included a benefits that can be achieved by the application of its provisions it is the category of beneficiary and social responsibility and how it can to move in the direction of the application conditions and where you can get the international standard specifications.
