Erbil:On 23 Dec 2010 ,Mr.Dara Jalil Khayat received a Belarus trade delegation ,was included Mr. Vitalia Yushgan the director of relation in Belarus commerce chamber,Andretti Sand the director of International Belarus Media City. The delegation presented a Belarus chamber official request to start build relation with Erbil chamber , they expressed Belarus chamber wish to invite a delegation from Erbil chamber to sign an official joint protocol , also to open a branch in Erbil. The sides were agreed to stay in touch electronically to achieve this.
