Erbil:On 09/23/2012, Mr. Dara Jalil Khayat President of the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry in his office has received, a Dutch trade delegation, which included a number of representatives of Dutch companies. The meeting was attended also by Mr. Ibrahim Mohamed Sofie Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. President of the Chamber welcomed the guest delegation. Then turning to the subject of Dutch trade delegation's visit to the Kurdistan Region, , stressed that such a mutual visit strengthen bilateral relations. For his part, Mr. Richard Cronin representative of the Dutch (KMS) company, who represented the presidency of the visiting delegation expressed his happiness to meet the warm welcome during the reception, and then added: "We felt during our stay in Kurdistan we have in our house." As he said during the interview: "Within our agenda is to organize a visit by a Dutch trade delegation to the Kurdistan Region in order to establish a strong base for our companies, in addition to our tireless attempts to develop the region in several economic areas." During the meeting, they discussed the detailed about their desire to participate in the process of cleaning the natural environment for Kurdistan, and raise the level of electricity production and the development of roads, establishing al railway line in a sophisticated world-class. At the end of the meeting, Mr. Khayat said the Chamber is ready to provide the necessary facilities in order to develop projects put forward by members of the visiting delegation .
